1. Membership Agreement
By joining Pedal Power Cyclers Club, you agree to abide by the club's rules, regulations, and code of conduct. The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these terms.
2. Safety & Conduct
All members must:
- Wear appropriate safety gear including helmets during all rides
- Follow traffic rules and ride safely at all times
- Respect other road users and fellow cyclists
- Maintain their bicycles in good working condition
- Ride at their own risk and take responsibility for their safety
3. Membership Dues
Membership dues are non-refundable and must be paid according to the club's dues payment plan. Dues are subject to change with prior notice to members.
4. Data Privacy
Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent.
5. Code of Conduct
- Be respectful and supportive of fellow members
- Promote cycling and environmental sustainability
- Represent the club positively in all activities
- Participate actively in club events and activities
6. Liability
Pedal Power Cyclers Club and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses sustained during club activities. Members participate at their own risk.
